Life Prep Academy was founded by Ariane Olshansky, a certified life, wellness, business + relationship coach, matchmaker, healthy divorce coach + energy medicine practitioner. For nearly a decade, Ariane has guided teens, young adults, + adults to navigate relationships, build confidence, + thrive.

The idea for Life Prep Academy was born after Ariane’s experience navigating the college counseling process with her eldest child. She quickly recognized a significant gap in how we prepare teens—not just for college, but for life.
